I think I've only found one in moderation (obviously I still use Akisimet and Spam karma 2) with it but it works very well. Originally I was using Bad Behavior but have removed it and things have been great. So, now it's just the comments plugin, Akismet and Spam Karma2. I personally have found that after using this captcha comments plugin I have dramatically limited the number of spam comments I get.
