I got really badly burnt about 3 weeks ago and am still very red but the pain is gone. I didn't sleep for the first 4 days. I got like a million little White blisters in my back and chest if you touched them they would pop and you could peel the skin afterword and that skin was fine but my shoulders were the problem. That skin would flop of at the slightest touch and was very tender any lotion that you put on it stung! I'm very pale and still feeling the effects of this effin sunburn. Worth it for the tan though ?? Damn straight

I am 12 and extremely fairskinned (yes, I'm blond), and went to Eliches, slathered in sunscreen. I burn so easily, though, that within an hour, I was completley burnt. I applied sunscreen 3 times, but just continued to burn. It's 3 in the morning and I can not fall asleep. Please help me. The only thing that helps is vitamin E lotion, but I ran out about an hour ago! Please help!!!

For the horrible itchyness,
step1: lay in a room temperature bath for about1 hour.
step2: For about another half hour sit up straight in the bath. DO NOT move or stretch the skin of you're back. It will itch if u do.
step3: while sitting up, have someone who doesn't care if ur naked put on burn gel or burn spray.
step4: get out if you like. MAKE SURE you do not bend you're back at all. Act like you have a wooden board attached to ur back. (if the itching seriously continues, repeat)

So, I went to the lake last Friday with my mom and brother. We took a bottle of sunscreen but forgot to use it at all. I had the worse sunburn of them all. I had very very pale skin as my shoulders and back never see the light of day. I have tried just about everything and it has been 5 days. I'm still in extreme pain. I have tried everything and the redness hasn't even begun to go away. I tried a cool shower, vinegar, tea, aloe vera, which just burned me more, noxzema, which helped while it was on but then went back to hurting when I washed it off. I also tried a hot shower as a last ditch effort. I'm starting to peel but am still really red and have to take sleeping pills to be able it sleep in a semi-comfy state. Anybody else have a burn that lasted forever and nothing helped?
