They do have great customer service, but they will sell you anything and not tell you what it costs until you rack up the money. I have had speakeasy broadband now for 3 months and my bill is over $1,000. They promised rebates that have never been sent and the first month was supposedly free, but they neglected to tell me that I was too far from the central office and that my line would never hold up at any kind of constant speed. So the conveniently told me I needed a lower speed IDSL and charged me for installation, which they didn't tell me either. My speed is so low now, I can't even get voice to go over it and stay consistent, so had to get that from Bellsouth. It's been a horrible mess with them and I'm about ready to complain to the Better Business Bureau.....beware, things aren't always as pretty as they seem.
