I would agree with the original post. Its good.
There is a slight tendancy to block up blades but only if you have very course beard and after a few days of not shaving….otherwize excellent. Wires seem to protect from cuts, you get a sideburn back trimmer which mach 3 dont have and the blades can be had for half price of Fusion.
I have the Black handle manual version which also looks manly.
Mach 3 is good but i struggle to get right up under nose. I wont pay Proglide price for blades.

is the whole thing disposable or do you buy a replacement blade cartridge for it??

The Quattro is great, but it does have one major flaw… Let me explain. If I shave every day or maybe every 2 days, it’s a pleasure to use the Quattro, but if I wait 3 days or more, it’s a pain! The hair accumulate behind the blades, and no matter how much I try to rinse it out from behind or the sides, etc – the hair just won’t come out. They get clogged in there and I have to use my fingers to get the hair out. If it was redesigned to have a a much better opening in the back to let more water through, then it would be the best razor out there, but as is, I am forced to use the Mach3 for >3 days old hair, and the Quattro for 1-2 days old.

I shave every morning and sometimes in the evening also. Have tried them all and prefer the Quattro – it seems the blades last longer and I get a closer shave.

I would never try and shave my pubes but I do buy and use Bikini Bare. Works good and everything washes off in a shower.
