		<description>theres nothing wrong if your PR hasnt moved in 6 months its obviouse, however if successfull by the end of the month it should have moved as the google updates are now happening after a long wait of 6 months since the last update, at http://www.googlebugs.com there are results/stats that show the updates are going through

		<description>This was my first PR and four of my five websites and two blogs went from 0 to 4. One website remained zero...www.dontshopatwalmart.com. 

What I want to know is what can I do in the next few months to get a boost in the next PR from 4 to maybe five or six? Do I have to be linked to sites with a higher PR than 4 to rise above 4 or can i have a lot of links to lower PR sites?
