Everyone who’s said something along the lines of “You can mod ANY game to have nudity!!! ALL games should, therefore, be rated M!!! LOL!!!” is missing a crucial point here. The nudity is an actual game file in the finished game that was CREATED by the DEVELOPERS. It’s in there. The mods YOU’RE all referring to were NOT included with the game, and were created by third party perverts. Now, I’m not saying it SHOULD be rated M, or anything (I actually think it shouldn’t be, since the only way to get to the nudity is through a lot of work, like the whole “Hot Coffee” thing), I’m just saying you’re dumb.

nudity means reality this is the real world.Violence too, after all is just a game 18+ .Dont be so hypocrites and open your eyes. I mean where is the reality when you see a Minotaur with pants? Its supposed to be a beast.And if you guys of ESRB know history you probably know that many barbarian tribes at the past like the saxons and others had bersekers warriors who fought naked or demi naked to have free moves in the battle and show the enemy that they dont fear them.For me to have a heavy armor and go to battle is very silly even for a game, not nudity.

Bethesda has really nothing to do with this. The main thing is Hackers and people who mod. Oblivion is an amazing game, and Bethesda is a amazing game company. And I look forward to their new game Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

Who ever is actually trying to destroy nudity (Impossible unless you destroy the world or at least all life on it) come on you are BORN naked also why should we suffer lesser gameplay (less gore, action cut games) due to underage people playing them its not like they are going to download nude patches or play games with nudity unless they wan’t to and in that case they have a THOUSAND more ways to see it. So in conclusion most people are idiots who are probably insecure about their sexuality and or figure and therefore have to destroy our entertainment. Bloody ******* idiots all of em’ .

I hate to say it, but young gamers won’t likely make it to the White House. That’s because those who do, are busy doing more important things than sitting around wasting their time playing games during most of their free time. People thought this about those growing up in the 60s, too.
