I'm in the same boat. 1and1 doesn't offer the support I need (call in, if they can't help you in three questions, then you go to the next level, which can take two days to hear from them). Dreamhost has gone to heroic efforts to keep my site going, but at 490 CPU minutes, that generosity won't last for long. I feel like a need "hause" and am shopping. I check out cari.net.
