I was so exited and thought i could just go home and charge it cuz when i tried to get it to turn on nothing happened. I plugged it up to my computer witha lil white thing that said cretaive on it and has three spaces for some kind of dif cords i plugged it too my comp. but much to my dismay noting happened. No blue light no nothing im so confused ive tried to plug it in to the walll using my docking station but it wont work either :( oh its a Vision m 30gb zen Im only twelve so if u have the solution to my problem please tell me but dont use any confusing words lol!!!! Oh and i dont exactly know where the blue light is supposed to be at Ive never seen one of these until today. Ive spent 2 hours looking for a solution so if u knwo one PLEASE RESPOND AND TELL ME!!!! i think im going to die without my music please repond if u know how i feel Im about to die of music loss!!!!!!! no blue light no indication its still alive at all. The pawn shop said they got it and it worked but after it was left off in the abck for a few months when they brought it out to sell it it woulld not turn on please help ME! Zen M still works but nothing shows up. I listen to books constantly. I can download and guess what I am pulling up. My Zen is 2 years old. I have had all of the issues that you guys have mentioned. When all else fails, leave it alone for a few days and let it totally die. Get a wall charger and plug it in. I have had to do that several times. Also, it (when the screen worked) would stick several times a day sometimes. Put a straight pin in the hole in the bottom and let it reset. I LOVE THIS THING!!! It is an addiction.
