I can confirm that his scorch marks are still burn into the cement basement floor at the NSA headquarters.
Sorry, we used him as a subject in an MK Ultra research project in the NSA’s basement.

The joke was that the acronym stood for “No Such Agency.” The British Secret Service had the same policy of official nonexistence.
