I tried to cancel my account with them and have lost a considerable amount of money in overdraft fees when I asked them beforehand to cancel my account because I didn't have the funds and they went ahead with unautharized charges anyway so I'm considering legal action as well.. What I had was a simple Joomla installation that would get about 2000 hits a month. That's less than 70 people per day. Nothing fancy, just some text and linked videos from S3. Do you think that qualifies for little people? If you do, then I'll have you know: I have experienced the same kind of ignorance and idiotic behavior described by the original poster. And it was all over their ridiculous email policy where one has to still abide by it even though they use iContact or something like that. Absolutely unacceptable.
