I always carry my phone in my front shirt pocket and never dropped it - the Apple tech confirmed that but added: "You can crack an iPhone 4 screen many ways." I think the tech made the case - whoever approved a glass screen is a stupid jerk or insane and Apple should be sued for incompetence. Where do I sign up? This exact same thing happened to me! I have a brand new 2 week old iPhone 4 and no damage is apparent to indicate abuse. I'm about to head to the AT&T store to flip on them. I can't believe this. It wasn't my screen though, it's the BACK!! Nancy!

Needless to say the glass shattered. Apple wanted to much and being close to phone renewal I decided to have someone else repair it for much cheaper. These guys http://www.repairmyiphonescreen.com are local in Austin, TX and fixed me right up. I will just give this phone to one of my kids when I am done with it.
