I recently got a blackberry curve 8320. I maintain more blogs than I should. The blackberry curve is by far my favorite phone ever. The only problem with my blackberry is the lack of 3g. As you can imagine, this makes logging in to the admin of my wordpress installs nearly impossible. It takes sooo long.

I found a solution:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wphone/

That plugin, when installed and activated, will give you an option for a semi-stripped down (still css and ajax for mobile devices that can handle it), and a seriously stripped down version of your wordpress admin (wp-admin) area of your wordpress install. Now you can blog from your blackberry like me, or damn near any other mobile device. Happy Blogging!

I'll second the mobile version of the admin area. Not only would this allow for posting without the need for setting up email to post, but it would also give you more flexibility to moderate posts in a timely manner.

I love the email-to-post feature of Wordpress and my Blackberry. But the only problem is it MUST be a plain text email. Any HTML codes will get stripped. Since my site is a sports related site, often we are on the road and don;t have access to a laptop until late at night or the next day!
