Aaron Wall Sued by Traffic Power

Posted in Blogging, Law by Elliott Back on September 1st, 2005.

If you haven’t heard, you should have. Aaron wall is being sued over negative comments on his blog left against Traffic Power, some ill-reputed black hat SEO. Here’s a link to his site:

In his own words:

Their lawyer has sorta gave me an ultimatum. Verbally he stated that if I removed ALL content related to Traffic Power from SEO Book.com that they would drop the suit. Currently I am drafting a request for a written statement, since verbal agreements do not override papers, and they already filed papers on me.

  1. Where can I find these negative comments? Opinions are a freedom of speech protected by the Constitution. Good luck with the case.
