In fact, they might have the worst customer support of any company I have ever dealt with. Their reps can only solve the simplest of issues that you'd be able to figure out with one Google search... which is probably what their people do. And if it's something somewhat complicated, get ready to wait a week for a response. Unbelievable! Avoid 1and1! The price is not worth the headache. Anyone could do better than these guys. Web.com, Homestead, or SetMySite.com are much better options with way fewer problems. The price is great but their customer support is an absolute nightmare.
