Who in their right mind thinks that way?
The reason people think the space program isn&#039;t doing anything for them is because what little advancement in science and technology actually comes from it, is sold by the government to the highest bidder (or the fattest senator...&#039;s friend), and ends up costing the end consumer (ie. the average citizen) even more for the &quot;convenience&quot; then if the same results had been eventually developed in a laboratory.  I&#039;m glad I&#039;m not American.</description>
